with rehabilitiation care at the least possible cost.
VISION STATEMENT:
Leesville Rehabilitation Hospital will be recognized as a patient-focused
and family-centered medical delivery facility that promotes quality
and professionalism.
PHILOSOPHY STATEMENT:
It is the philosophy of Leesville Rehabilitation Hospital to create
an environment which supports the continuous improvement and innovation
in the delivery of patient care.
We believe that the delivery of that care should be carried out with
respect, and in an ethical and professional manner. This is accomplished
through the use of an individualized treatment plan that incorporates
encouragement, independence, and education of the patient and family.
The values of Leesville Rehabilitation Hospital are to maintain an
